Journal “Upravlenie” is in the open access. It means that all content is available free of charge to users. Open access implies that users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or find the full text of journal articles on the link without prior permission from the publisher and the author. Free public access to the results of research contributes to global knowledge sharing.

Articles are available according to the license Creative Commons “Attribution” (“Attribution”) 4.0. world, according to which perhaps unlimited distribution and reproduction of these articles on any carriers on condition of instructions of the author and the reference to the initial publication of article in this journal according to rules of scientific citing.

The metadata of all articles published in the magazine, as well as their full texts are stored in the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.ru
